We collect keys or access cards, prepare the site risk assessment and go over anything specific to your site.
Cleaning starts
Your regular cleaner starts on the date you picked. One phone number reaches the boss if anything needs changing.

Once you've booked, your manager visits at the time you chose. They collect keys or access cards, take down alarm codes, prepare the site risk assessment and walk through anything specific: where recycling goes, rooms to skip, sensitive equipment. Where it suits, this happens alongside your first clean.

Before you book
How do you get into our building?
After you book, your manager visits at a time you choose to collect keys or access cards, note alarm codes and agree how we lock up. You can also choose to do this at the same time as your first clean.
What does the online payment cover?
Your price per clean covers the standard clean, any extras you chose, cleaning products and equipment, and the manager's setup visit. For a one-off clean you pay the quoted total when you book.
Can we pay by invoice instead of card?
Yes. For regular cleaning you can choose monthly invoicing when you book. We invoice on the for the previous month's cleans, and payment is due by the , by bank transfer. Just give us the email for your accounts team and any purchase order number.
How do recurring payments work?
If you pay by card, we save it securely when you book. Nothing is charged until cleaning starts. After that you're charged in arrears for the cleans completed, with a GST receipt each time. Change days or pause with days' notice.
What is tailored pricing?
Larger sites on regular cleaning qualify for tailored pricing. A free 20-minute walkthrough lets us plan the job precisely, and we quote at least below your instant price for the same scope. Tailored pricing is in exchange for a minimum agreement. If you'd rather not commit, you can book at the instant price straight away, with no minimum term.
What will I receive after I book?
A confirmation email with your welcome pack: our proof of insurance, our health and safety information, your cleaning checklist and our service terms. Your site risk assessment is done in person when your manager visits. Most businesses file these straight into their contractor or health and safety register.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No lock-in at our instant online price: it's a rolling agreement you can end with days' notice. Tailored pricing for larger sites comes with a minimum agreement. Everything is set out in our , and you get your own copy by email when you book.
Do you clean homes?
No. We only clean commercial premises: offices, schools, colleges, dental and medical practices and other workplaces.
Are your cleaners employed and insured?
Yes. Our cleaners are employed staff, not subcontractors, and Scrubbies and everyone on our team is fully insured. When you book, we email you our proof of insurance and our health and safety information.
